After the Old School Garden was transformed into a Community Park prior to 1994, the Community Park was created. Its history begins with the decision to sell the Old School Building and its Garden in order to purchase and erect a new School building in a different location. In 2006, Mr. Kostakis K. Christofis, the Deputy Community Head of Trimiklini, renamed the Trimiklini Community Park “Michalakis A. Konnaris Community Park” in honor of the village’s missing person Michalakis A. Konnaris, at which time a commemorative plaque was erected.
